Everything nice and polite behaviour

The rooms are decent - a bit small for two people but good for a short stay. The hotel has a modern feel, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It was quiet inside the room, which was a plus. There are multiple food options nearby, including a grocery store right below the building and a late-night food stall opposite, which seems to be open all night. Overall, a good stay. I was able to keep my luggage safely at the hotel until midnight. I could also check out late by paying ₹100 per hour after 11 AM. It felt a bit strict since most hotels extend checkout by an hour for free, but still a convenient option.

Unfortunately, when I checked in, there was routine maintenance and there was no water available in the toilet, which was quite inconvenient. But I think this only happens once a month. And a pretty minor thing but finding the location was a bit tricky.

Parking issue that would be solved after construction of some part of the building.
