It was very clean and updated. The bathrooms were very nice. They let us rent their scooters to take all over the town. They even let us stay late to take a shower before we got on the night train.

We have no complaints

Our experience at BOIBOI was extremely disappointing. Over several days, someone repeatedly entered our private room without notice or permission — not to clean, but to turn off the air conditioning or oddly replace toiletries we had already received. We were given no explanation, and it felt like excuses were being made to access the room. This raised serious concerns about privacy and security, especially as we had valuables inside. One particular staff member was openly hostile — she looked me in the eye, refused to respond to a polite “hello,” shook her head in disgust, and audibly tutted. That said, not all staff behaved this way — the issue was with that individual, not the entire team. The listing was also misleading. Photos showed a washing machine on the balcony, which was one of the reasons we chose the property, but there was no washing machine in our room. We left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely unsupported. I would not recommend staying here if you value privacy, professionalism, or accurate listings. What made the situation far worse was Booking.com's complete lack of support. I contacted them urgently — multiple times — to report the unauthorized room access and raise safety concerns. However, to this day, Booking.com still haven’t responded to a single message of mine. As an international lawyer, I would expect at least a basic acknowledgment in cases involving guest security. Given that I had raised serious concerns about privacy, security, and personal safety, their silence is deeply concerning and profoundly disappointing. I certainly will not be booking another room through Booking.com ever again.
