Ottima posizione centrale ma con facile parcheggio gratuito vicino a casa. Contesto tranquillo e silenzioso. Appartamento comodo e pulito. Bagno ampio.

Scala d'accesso davvero stretta e ripida. Letto a soppalco in camera non molto comodo, ma è possibile usare il divano-letto della zona giorno.
