Lovely two bedroom house well placed only 10 minutes from centre. Super kitchen with all accessories you will need. Well decorated and furnished. Super clean. Quiet area.

The property was clean and well appointed. A handy central location made getting about very easy. As we stayed over Christmas, there were a couple of treats left by the hosts!

It was a hot few days and the upstairs was difficult to cool (the airconditioner in the master bedroom didn't reach the other bedroom).

The location was a ten minute walk from Te Pai the Christchurch Convention Centre which was amazing. Having a door code made things hassle free. The accommodation was clean, tidy and homely.

The only thing I didn't like was parking. We had to park on the side of a shared drive the property had a garage but wasn't able to be used. It was no drama as the drive was wide enough.

This is a clean, comfortable, excellent value two bedroom property. We walked to Riverside Market, about 18 minutes, for dinner, so the location was also convenient. Property management communicated with us very well. Overall, a good place to stay in Christchurch!

Very well equipped unit. Close to city but no city noise or traffic. Very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. I want a picture of the Camelias in flower. Patio and gardens were brilliant for our morning breakfasts. Big bedrooms and spacious bathroom upstairs. Lovely lounge dining and full kitchen. Highly recommend.

Very well appointed and conveniently located. Walking distance to the conference centre, restaurants, amazing library, Margaret Mahe park. Clean and tidy with easy access to the rest of the city, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The inclusion of Sky sports channels kept one guest in particular happy for the whole weekend.

Some key differences between the Booking.com listing and the rules received after the booking is complete. Having to resubmit details (including credit card details for incidentals) to another portal was not a good experience; and the indication of a per hour early check in and/or late check out when the booking.com listing indicated early check-in was included felt the same. We understand why this may be necessary, but it should be disclosed on the listing and if early check-in is not included, then that should be removed.
