Location gentile. Breakfast supplies excellent and unexpected.

Can't keep the floor dry when showering

Beautifully furnished room in a quiet location. Bread and cereals were provided for breakfast in addition to tea milk etc., a lovely extra. Local guide books and maps for walks around Lyme Regis also available in the room. Perfect.

Accommodation was peaceful and well equipped.

Up a steep hill if you want to walk .

We’ve stayed at this property on several occasions and have always found the facilities, cleanliness and hosts exceptional. The location is very quiet, and the hosts maintain the perfect balance between being non-intrusive but welcoming.

That I don’t have more free time to visit more often!

No shampoo

It was clean, cosy and warm. The extra little touches like the bread, cereals, spreads, tea and coffee were very welcoming.

Nothing, really. The bed was a little high and would have liked softer bath towels, but otherwise, no complaints.

This was a perfect stay for myself and my mum. Great location and price. It was lovely that it had parking and could easily walk into the town. We asked to leave our car on the check out day so we could further explore the area which Esme and Duncan happily allowed us to do. With regards to the loft space, it was a lovely, clean space with a comfortable bed. It felt bigger than I thought it would due to the layout. The fact that breakfast was provided along with tea / coffee was an added bonus. I will definitely look at staying here again when I come to Lyme. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
