El apartamento era espectacular y en medio del pueblo. La recepcionista nos trató genial y nos ayudó en todo momento para poder llegar al alojamiento.

La ubicación era perfecta para visitar la ciudad porque está justo en el centro, pero para acceder en coche es imposible e ir con maletas por allí se hace muy complicado. Si van en coche hay que dejarlo en un párquing de pago si no es imposible.

Localização top, quarto bonito, muito limpo, jardins lindos com uma vista muito bonita! A funcionária muito simpática e atenciosa!

O pequeno almoço pouco diversificado, mas muito bonito, recomendo!

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura è comodissima da raggiungere, soprattutto se si parcheggia al Parking Scotellaro (un pò caruccio 27 euro per 24 ore), che dista solo pochi minuti a piedi. Consiglio di viaggiare leggeri, magari con uno zaino, se si resta una o due notti. La posizione è strategica: appena arrivati si può ammirare subito il panorama suggestivo dei Sassi di Matera, che di sera diventano ancora più affascinanti. In pochi minuti si raggiunge il Duomo e tutta la zona dei ristorantini tipici e dei negozi artigianali. La camera è molto bella e curata, così come il bagno, dotato di tutto il necessario: spazzolino, dentifricio, phon, saponi liquidi, doccia e persino bevande incluse. La colazione inclusa tutto perfetto. Un’esperienza che consiglio!

La nostra stanza non aveva finestra, come spesso accade nelle strutture ricavate nei Sassi, e questo può dare una leggera sensazione di chiuso e umidità, ma l’aria condizionata ha aiutato a rendere l’ambiente confortevole. Volendo si può arieggiare aprendo la porta, soprattutto la sera quando arriva un bel venticello. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva che consiglio!

Very enjoyable stay in lovely Matera. The property was lovely and clean and very modern. Hot tub was a great bonus with a tasty breakfast. Would highly recommend.

The property is fantastic. The location, view, comfort of room, garden, terrace and breakfast - all exceptional. I didn’t know what to expect of the facilities being in one of the oldest cities in the world however I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation. If driving you must park out of the town and bring luggage in on foot. This is standard if you are staying in the sassi but a tip From us is to travel light or leave bulky luggage in the car (if you park in a secure paid car park). The streets are tricky to navigate and it’s easy to get lost when trying to locate for the first time so having a small bag or back pack is best. The property provided shower cap, shampoo, body wash and dental kit which was a bonus. Shout out to the hosts - very friendly and helpful and generous breakfast. Key access is via a chip in a wristband which is convenient. Shower is in the main bed/living area (not in bathroom) as pictured which is unusual but was not a problem for us, but be aware. Garden area is tranquil and private and terrace is lovely to see the town light up. Finally bed linen good quality and bed comfortable.
