GBSounds like quite the mix-up! Here's a polished version of what happened: "We checked in at 6 pm with an expected checkout time of 11 am as per hotel policy. However, another guest was given access to our room, and they entered at 10 am without realizing we were already occupied. They later apologized, mentioning the room was offered to them as well, and provided the room password." It’s sad and mismanagement no privacy.

when we arrived at 10pm, after pushing our suitcases through the streets because the bus service is not good, there was someone else in our room!! That person was also a guest and had a small child. Unsafe for them and unsafe for us. The worst was that she had the code to a different room and offered to let us in. That room had hairs on the sheets which had not been changed and it was tiny and unsuitable and felt unsafe. The place claimed to have sent us new information about the room but I only ever received the code for the original room which was main floor and accessible. They did not make any effort to fix this problem, were not available by the phone number that they shared, and were rude when I complained the next day. We had to book a $200 hotel as the last minute and an uber to get there. I have got my credit card company involved to make a claim because they have refused to reimburse me. Don't stay here.

Some parts of bedroom were dirty and had dust collected. No fan for summers, flimsy clothing rack.
