The White Castle

The pool and gardens were well kept, the rooms beautiful and clean. Breakfast was very standard, and no lunch or dinner options were available as shown on sight. Unfortunately outside seating cushion was not clean. The staff are kind and Anthony was a very good host. I needed peace and silence. I got exactly what I wanted. The bed was very hard thou, but I assume it's difficult to please all clients with this matter. As it was gifted to me to stay there, I can definitely recommend it if your seeking a bit of quiet from the city noise.

Water was not fresh for to drink I'm sick from it now, pillows cases are not changed they smell

Anthony was very nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately there was a big birthday party going on during our stay. Our room was situated right next to the entertainment area, so I was very loud. Anthony helped us by moving us away from the house and noise. Unfortunately the upgraded room’s shower was blocked and when we trying to shower the room flooded. We ended up leaving and did not stay the night.

The staff was helpful when we asked for anything. The bedding was nice and warm. I was allowed to take some lemons from the lemon tree on the property. The decor and property is cool.

The rooms wasn't perfectly clean (Floor dirty in some areas, the wall by the coffee station was dirty, the curtains as well). Some goes for the rest of the house. Definitely seems like it hasn't been maintained daily. The toilet was dirty and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. The mugs and spoons by the coffee station were dirty. So were the glasses and knives & forks at the breakfast table. Half used toiletries in the bathroom. There was no hot water when we first tried to use the shower- but the staff was helpful in sorting it out. Could not even consider using the bath because it was so disgusting. Bathroom had spiderwebs and the shower and bath had seen better days. Very unpleasant to use. No Netflix as stated, you have to log in with your own account. Breakfast was 3 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon with brown bread without even asking our preference. Not what the menu stated. Sauce bottles dirty. Butter had bread crumbs in. Table cloth was dirty. Glasses, knives & Forks dirty as well.
