ES UN LUGAR GENIAL, NO TIENE NADA QUE VER LO QUE OBSERVAS AL PRINCIPIO CON LO QUE ES REALMENTE, ES ALGO GENIAL, EL PERSONAL ES INCREIBLE, LO MEJOR LA CARA DE LOS TAXIS O MOTOCARROS CUANDO LES DAS LA DIRECCIÓN DEL HOTEL ES MUY BUENA VER LA CARA QUE PONEN.

LA PRIMERA IMPRESIÓN CUANDO VES LA ENTRADA DEL HOTEL, PIENSAS "ESTO QUE ES????", PERO TODO ES UN ENCANTO DESPUES, LA SUBIDA PARA LLEGAR AL HOTEL HACE QUE MUCHOS TAXIS TE DEJEN A 100MTS, PERO LOS MOTO CARROS YA TE DIDEN QUE NO PUEDEN SUBIR ````````

Small hotel in a quiet area of Puno, just a short walk to the main square & restaurants. The hotel is excellent value for money

There is no lift. Lots of stairs with heavy bags

The staff were nice

Had to pay for aircon and it smelt bad in the bathroom

La habitación era súper limpia, amplia y luminosa. El agua de la ducha estaba siempre caliente. El personal muy amable y atento a cualquier necesidad que tuviésemos. Recomendable al cien por cien.

Localização, atendimento e o café. O hotel é bem bonito e agradável

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with checking us in early and making sure we got our Bolivia Hop bus the next day. Breakfast was tasty and rooms were clean.

Very minor but the room didn’t have enough towels, so we had to ask for more.
