Horrible experience! Me and my friend were here for 1 night and 2day..we asked if we could get a cab or does the hotel have car service. Vaibhav at the front desk said they don’t and he said he can get a cab guy who’s the owners friend. He called for the cab and asked us to pay the driver after our ride it was all smooth..So we agreed and used his service, the next day when we requested for the same..This person Rachit started demanding us to pay upfront at the hotel and not to the driver..we told him we will pay after we reach Delhi..he barged into our room and brought another guy with him and started demanding at least give half or else I will cancel the cab..as it was late and we had to leave to Delhi he pressured us and started yelling..we felt very threatened as it was just us women..even during checkout he demanded we pay him half in cash and half by credit card..when I told him I need an itemized bill and can only pay through cash..and since there were another’s guests he agreed. When we booked another service and cancelled his..the driver stated calling us and harassing why we are cancelling..we told him we did not feel safe. The person Rachit is horrible..I hope the owner sees this review and does something about this..this hotel is in the outskirts of Moradabad..it’s not even in the town..the reviews are fake..
