Helmina's Villas

The place was spacious and each room had a parking space. They had a beachfront as well so there was a nice view if you walk from your room. There was free breakfast included and it was simple yet really good.

Housekeeping isn't done daily since you have to surrender the key to the concierge.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom, a lot of it + the toilet was not flushing during our stay.

Close to beach and cloud 9. Room was awesome. Staff were fabulous.

Timing for arranging tuk-tuk and bfast off... no outside shower to wash off sand... internet was spotty... lost water a few times... but not for long. Overall, great value and great space. I'd stay here again. Beach was very rocky. And waves were HUGE - so you needed to be careful when going into water. Bring water shoes... but you can't go too deep.. and during low tide - don't even bother... Wish there were less rocks on the beach for a more enjoyable swimming experience. I got cut up on rocks when a wave came through. But all beaches around here are same - including cloud 9.

El lugar está al final de la calle principal, pero hay algun restaurante cerca que muy bien, puedes ir andando a varios sitios. Cloud9 esta muy cerca tambien. Las casitas son enormes y muy top, osea flipamos bastante cuando entramos porque era muy bonita y la cama enorme. Al final de las casitas hay la playa y es espectacular... Nuestra habitación tenia split (no queriamos el tipico de filipinas q hace un ruido del demonio), pero creo que es bastante caro comparado con otros sitios...

No se como pero entraban mosquitos y nos encontramos 3 cucarachas... quizá del techo se colaban o no se como entraban pero vaya susto nos metieron... La luz iba y venia y a veces el aire no funcionaba. Nosotros somos bastante chill y eso nos daba igual, pero había momentos en que hacia muchisimo calor.

It was close to the beach which was nice!

The room was filled with all kinds of bugs I have ants and little bugs on the bed as well when I got there at night I also found huge cockroach in the bathroom and mouse poop on my clothes, needless to say I didn’t stay for the night and no stuff was around to give me a new room or to talk to you at this point because it was 3am but the next day they moved me to a different room, which had no bugs or anything of that sort. Overall I didn’t have a good experience but they did apologize and moved me rooms. On the second room I didn’t have WiFi at all I didn’t really mind but if you need a strong WiFi maybe it is but the place for you!

So close to cloud 9 and it's a beach front hotel! :)

Sehr gute zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schöner privater Zugang zum Strand mit ein paar Liegestühlen zum entspannen.

Die Sanitären Anlagen liessen zu Beginn zu wünschen übrig, die Abflüsse waren verstopft und das Waschbecken sowie die Toilette hatten Lecks, sodass der Boden immer nass war. Nachdem wir das rückgemolden haben wurde es aber schnell und gut repariert. Wir waren in den etwas günstigeren Villa, dort war die „Küchenausstattung“ mit einer Tasse und zwei Becher und einem Löfel etwas dürftig.
