Location, location, location - quiet, private, a few feet from the beach yet easy access to the major hubs. Staff promptness is very fast. The kitchen was complete, we have everything we needed. Water flow is good and while power outages do happen they are very brief.

The toilet is working but it had to be manually pushed for the tank to be refilled with water. It's an easy fix and the staff has been told. There was an international surf competition happening during our stay and the people delivering their food very early in the morning usually park their car in front of our suite was playing music so loud it woke us up every time- maybe staff can tell third party folks to be mindful of guests?

There was a cockroach in the room which the staff were very quick and helpful in getting rid of it and they even moved us to a different room for the night.

Està ben situat, davant del mar i el surf spot de Tuason. El personal és educat.

Haviem reservat per a 4 nits en base a les ressenyes i les fotos de Booking. A l’arribar ens vam trobar una habitació bastant bruta i sense llum com a recepció i, en contra del que es veu a les fotos, que son només de la villa principal, les garden villa son fosques, petites i molt senzilles, amb una porta corredera i un candau com a únic tancament, i un lavabo extremadament petit i molt rudimentari. L’habitació no estava del tot neta, però vam decidir quedar-nos ja que l’estada ja estava pagada. Aquella primera nit no vam poder dormir: música alta al costat de l’hotel fins ben entrada la matinada, un llit molt incòmode, i quan vam demanar al vigilant què passava amb el soroll, vam trobar una rata enorme al costat de l’habitació, que va estar fent soroll i corrent per la teulada tota la nit. Al matí no vam poder gairebé dutxar-nos perquè la mànega de la dutxa estava trencada. Vam marxar aquell mateix matí; i després de reclamar ens van abonar el pagament. Mala relació qualitat-preu.
