Excellent location on the edge of the old city, with an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely staff who were helpful and accommodating. We had a beautiful room in the tower, which had air-conditioning, thankfully as there was a heat wave in France during our stay. Parking was easily done. A laundrette is across the road for those who were in need of a freshened set of clothes after weeks of travelling.

Breakfast was limited to a continental buffet, but was fine, considering the low price. The 4:40 wake up call caused by the town garbage collection wasn't appreciated. It went on for about an hour as various trucks tipped their specific trashes into their hoppers. (Thursday morning) No safe in room.

Extremely kind, helpful and professional receptionist and staff in general, interesting building, perfect location, great breakfast

We visited during a freak heatwave in the region (ca. 42°C). The cooling unit in the room didn't seem to work very well. However, this is the only aspect that wasn't perfect. We still got reasonable sleeps

Mon mari et moi avons avons trouvé cet hôtel parfait. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil Par le personnel très sympathique , serviable et très professionnel. La chambre bien équipée et très propre, très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était de qualité avec des produits régionaux . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, ce serait un plaisir d’y revenir ´Nous remercions tout le personnel. , Nabil et Michelle des anciens Sarladais
