To order room service we had to all the way to restraunt, i was hoping they had another system like calling for order or whtsapp
INThe location is the only good part of the hotel
Everything right from checkin. The guy at the reception insisted to book direct with them and told me that they haven't received the booking to which i denied. Later on after making me sit for 20 mins they agreed to the booking. After they gave the keys the rooms were with spider webs and cockroaches. Bathroom was broken and loads of mosquitoes inside. The mattress is of spring but the top layer is very thin so you can feel every spring on your back. Ive attached the images below. The kettle below was dirty and rusted. The wifi went off in the night. After approaching the staff he said "sir its late in the night you can sleep well. It will come automatically" and hung up the call

The toilet just didn’t work, the shower was fixed on day one but didn’t really ever work properly.. sometimes we had no water at all. The place was not clean, you can’t drive to the resort you have to walk quite a distance and for the cost you could stay in a much nicer and clearer resort.
