Room was not comfortable, mosquitos all the time around the surrounding, no chairs in the room. Even after having kitchen, no facility for even a tea.. The manager was least bothered to listen to the problems. One response to our complaint for which manager responded was "even we get bitten by mosquitos" :)
GBThe bungalow was lovely, a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed and bedding was so comfy. The mosquito net good. Breakfast by the river v nice.
The bathroom didn’t drain so we had to squidgy the floor and in patches we still got wet feet. We felt it was overpriced… we were paying £45 a night and it felt a little pricy. Beautiful but bathroom basic.
AUStayed 1 night of 2 under duress...pokey little room so moved to a less pokey room, only to find that there was no hot water. Electrician called and at 930pm, no resolution so went to bed after telling them to sort it out the next day. Cancelled the 2nd day and had to wait while management debated whether we deserved a refund...finally got INR4000.00 refund (I paid in cash), short-changed, but after that experience, the circus and the delay in getting a refund, best to just go......not the best experience. To their credit, was offered upgraded room the following morning but that was too little too late. Other people may have better experiences...I certainly hope so.

INService from the Resort was very quick and pretty impressive. The new management is very well organised and keeping track on everything. Overall experience was very nice.

INIt’s so beautiful and soothing. Full of greens and nature. Best place for couple, family & friends. Specially, the beach….. Wow Property.. several times I came to Goa. But this is best property with fast services I have seen..
