Molinari House Modena Centro Lux

This apartment was an absolute gem. The space is huge, in a phenomenal location only a couple of minutes to Square. This would have to be one of the cleanest holiday apartments I've booked, and we'll definitely be back. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed including a fully stocked bathroom. They have a coffee machine and delicious pods, and a full kitchen should you wish to use it. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, and the beds are very comfortable, especially if you have a bad back.

The only thing to note, is you are located near a bunch of bars, it can be loud in the street through the night with people walking home. This isn't a bad thing, but it is on the second floor and requires you to walk up with your luggage etc, that can be difficult if you have mobility issues.
