RSThe studio is perfectly equipped and organized. Everything is new and functional. We had everything we needed and much more. Simply put, we are pleasantly surprised. The owner is an exceptional and very pleasant person you can rely on. The building is quiet and we had the impression that we were alone in it. We didn't need mosquito nets because there were no mosquitoes, but they do exist. The air conditioner works perfectly. WiFi perfect. The location is perfect. The bed is comfortable and big enough even for me (188 cm). Power sockets are on every wall. I definitely can't list them all. It was very pleasant for us, we enjoyed Thessaloniki.
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.
CAThe apartment was clean and well organized with the ability to switch between living space and sleeping space (by lowering the pull-down bed). It had a working kitchen, fridge and washing machine. The place was very conveniently located near the center of town.
Accessing the building the first time was a bit inconvenient as the host uses a remote lock system that requires having a link and wifi/roaming to unlock remotely the door (this is problematic if you have no roaming or phone). Once in, you get a physical key to come and go though, which was better.
ROIt was clean and it had all i needed. The washing machine and dryer were very useful. The location was also very good, close to the center of the city. Near this place you can find a nice cafe/restaurant and a 24/7 store.
BGThe apartment is great for short stays, comfy, clean, great location for nightlife
It wasn’t easy to find the apartment

TRAt first, we wondered how the two of us, along with a dog and a suitcase, would fit in here—but we were actually very comfortable. The fact that pets are allowed was a huge plus for us. The bed was spacious and much more comfortable than those in most of the homes and hotels we've stayed in. I didn’t experience any back pain at all. Although the room was small, it was designed very cleverly and every detail had been thoughtfully considered—from kitchen utensils to a mini oven and water purifier; from an iron and hairdryer to a baby seat and a clothes drying machine. The room, bathroom, and bed linens were very clean. It was also a great bonus to have extra pillows and duvets, which are often missing in most rental accommodations. The location was excellent. We could walk back to our room in the evenings. The mosquito screen on the window was another nice touch. I was very pleased with the convenient location of the house: it is in a quiet area, yet only a one-minute walk from a lively street with cafes and various shops, and within walking distance to the center of Thessaloniki. Having a 24/7 shop right next to the house was very handy. Alex was very helpful. He kept in constant contact with us, sent us instructions and videos, and answered all our questions promptly while providing us with local information. He was a great host. There was only one issue, and it wasn’t the fault of the apartment, so I’m not listing it as a negative—just sharing for informational purposes. On Saturday, we made the mistake of taking our car out of the city, and when we returned, we couldn’t find any available parking—not even in paid lots—within a 1.5 km radius of the apartment. Every parking area was full. My husband eventually had to leave the car in a parking garage 2 km away and walk back to the apartment :( On other days, we were able to find parking without a problem. To sum up, everything was wonderful, and and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
These aren’t really cons or bad experiences, but just to note: the air conditioner was not working at full efficiency. Even after lowering the temperature, the room didn’t cool down, and we got more fresh air from the window than from the AC. The fridge was very small and couldn’t make properly ice. While we understand that space is limited in the room, perhaps a mini-fridge with a better freezer compartment could be added somewhere. As a family that enjoys drinking cold, iced water, it was quite insufficient for us.

GBGreat communication with the owner. Tidy, clean and compact, with everything you need for a comfy pit stop. Great location for local sights, near bus routes to airport and local shops. A must-see whilst in Thessaloniki is the Museum of Illusions for a fun few hours!
Nothing - all good.
