Long Quay Apartments, Clonakilty

Fantastic location for Clonakilty Town and the seaside. A large apartment with all the facilities washing machine, dishwasher etc Bedding and towels provided all immaculate. Which is a must for me.

It could however be a fantastic apartment with a little more tlc. Some of the furniture could do with some repairs the coffee table for one, the legs are very unsafe. One of the kitchen cupboard doors is coming off and there are various door handles missing. All very easy fixes.

Location is very good

Apartment is run down and in need of a refurbishment, doors and surfaces were sticky. Toilets were very noisy when flushed.

Shower rooms were clean and bed linen was clean

Badly maintained. Kitchen was very grubby. Cutlery drawer was filthy. Dirt splashed on tiles behind the sink. Cooker never cleaned. Windows were dirty. Curtains in one of the bedrooms were mouldy. Beside lamps covered in dust. Sofa broken.

Good size apartment. Convenient location. Very easy check in/out. We would stay there again. Free Internet worked well.

Showers weren't very good. Shower head would fall down on both. No toiletries provided. Parking was in the street. Generally a bit tatty and dated.

Really comfortable apartment with everything needed for our stay.
