Long Quay Apartments, Clonakilty

Perfect location in the middle of the town. Lots of space. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy on street parking. Tea & coffee provided which is a lovely touch. Margaret the lady in charge was a gem. Very accommodating and at the end of the phone if we needed her.

Spacious, brilliant hosts, warm and clean

Location was great. Margaret was very accommodating as we had a family wedding and were travelling a long distance we asked for an early check in the apartment was available so it was no problem. Beds were very comfy.

The location was convenient.

The condition of the property did not match the listing or rating. While not overtly dirty, it was very worn and poorly maintained. Furniture was damaged (including a torn couch), surfaces were heavily marked and scratched, and there was visible residue on bedside tables. Most concerning was the bedding, which included a torn pillows, making it feel unhygienic and not suitable for use. Overall, the apartment was below an acceptable standard for a short stay. We raised our concerns when the host attended the property, however the issues were not addressed. As a result, we chose to leave within 2 hours of arrival and did not stay overnight.

I loved how big the apartment was and how close it was to everything.
