Very nice, big, clean and comfortable apartament. Totally recommend it!

The kitchen was very well equipped with good pots and pans and nice dishes and bowls. We found many staples in the cupboard and also cut some basil and rosemary from the garden. We cooked several meals so all of this was much appreciated. The kitchen is also a cozy place to sit since the sitting room is next to the master bedroom with no door, meaning that the guests in that room are inconvenienced if they want to go to bed. That said the ensuite rooms are a real plus when traveling with others. Each room was very comfortable and had its own heat source. The apartment is very quiet. The short walk to the escalators was not a problem. The owner's son recommended a very good restaurant to us, and the owner also arranged a very good driver to take us to Gubbio one day at a reasonable price.

The owner's son showed us around when we arrived but neglected to tell us how to turn on the hot water, heated towel bars, and range top. He came right away when we texted him to say we didn't have hot water etc. The dishwasher makes a loud noise when opened and closed and overflowed twice when we used it. The heated towel bars seemed to have a mind of their own as to how long they would stay on and we never could figure out how to set them to come on once they'd turned off. These are relatively minor concerns, though, if you like to stay in a well-appointed place.

very humid location, the closet smells like mold, the pillow was a very cheap one

Perfect location next to the city centre entrance . Rooms are clean with very comfortably beds and own bathrooms. Owner is very kind and helpful. There were no problem with early chcek-in ( 10:00) and also check out (6:00)

Great location, wonderful apartment, fully equipped. Perugia is a beautiful city.
