Spacious room, nice to have a sink for a kitchen. There was no personnel but the interaction through textmessage was swift and very helpful.

Unfortunately we saw two cockroaches in the room.

I am traveling with my pets so they and their comfort and safety is most important. I am very glad that places like these takes pets. Lots of lovely grass area to take my dog and great areas outside of motel to walk. Thank you. Also their Wi-Fi was on a secure network. Overall room was clean. Beds were not. Updated flooring. This area in Safety Harbor is one of the most beautiful spots in Pinellas County. Minutes from Philippe Park which is stunning. The park runs along the water. The actual street this motel is on is great to walk and very safe. Downtown is very close too. Depending on time/traffic this is about 30 minutes to either Tampa or the Gulf beaches.

Description look different than room. I am not sure what the front units look like inside, but rear unit 6 was a bit run down. I wonder if this is “the pet room?” I did like being in the back. Unit had dorm size refrigerator (smaller than hotel fridge). Beds were old. Dangerous step up into tiny shower/toilet area. Sink was in room and housed the coffee maker. This where you were expected to wash face, brush teeth, etc. Shower was so tiny I did not use. Unit was quiet but there were only two other cars out front. As a suggestion…replace two old small beds with nice new queen and orient toward the bathroom. Add an inexpensive area rug on other side so pets can lay on floor. Tile too scary/slippery. Replace/update fridge and this would be a super cute space and then I could deal with other things. For some I could not get Roku tv to work but with secure Wi-Fi I just used my phone.

This property is truly a gem. It was in a very safe area and well manicured, very clean and taken care of. I had some issues checking in and I was contacted immediately after reaching out. When I arrived I was able to get in my room and an older man by the name of Peter was extremely helpful in making sure I had what I needed. The room was cozy and clean. and, I slept like a newborn. Such a quaint and comfortable stay. I will most definitely be back.

had kitchen facility with large fridge and freezer. Plenty of room for us two. pet friendly.. close to where we needed to be. very reasonable price for what you get.. older facility but clean.

the bathroom!!! a huge step up that I couldn’t use so the owner/manager came and brought us a lawnmower ramp, worked but very awkward and couldn’t shut door so had to move it to get in and then again to get out.
