Very clean! My room location felt very private. I loved the retro old Florida feel. The owners were very helpful and communicative. Excellent customer service. Easy check in check out. Perfect directions on how to check in, operate the keyless lock, etc. Directions inside to operate the TV. List of ideas for things to do in the area.

Old spring mattress bed was very uncomfortable. Hard flattened pillows also uncomfortable. No place to sit in the room. Strange configuration with no sink in the bathroom, but one out in the sleeping area. Definitely something you can get used to, just different. No ceiling fan for air circulation. Wall unit air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool at 74 degree setting overnight. But once I set it to 65 it came on often enough to keep the room cool. Overall, the place needs work. For example all the woodwork around the door is termite eaten with paint over the top.

The location was nice and very close to restaurants and stores. The check-in process was very easy and communication from Swati was excellent.

The owner was amazing. The location is great. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Centrally licated for Tarpoon Springs, Clearwater Breach and Dunedin. This little motel is near the road but quite. The staff were very good about answering your texts, like immediately.

I could here the TV from the foom next to us. No stove, lots of wires in the kitchen. Cannt use Kuerig and microwave at the same time. No room in bathroom for your things. Bath tub needs to be replaced and shower pipes make noise. They also need better towels. Need a bit more renovation especially the bathroom
