Modern Beautiful Gated Two Bed Apartment

I really like it here. It's convenient, comfortable, and I slept soundly. It feels just like being on vacation at home.

There's one large bedroom where the heating seems to be malfunctioning; it doesn't get hot no matter what I do. Could you please check it out? I get so cold I had to buy a portable heater.

host was badly behaved on our first day of check in, apartment is very dirty and previous guests smoke in there.

It was extremely homely , warm , and would stay again if was in the area

We sat on the dining chairs and they felt extremely unsafe and unsteady.. we tried to open one of the bedroom windows and the handle broke , there was no little tables

No key was left in the keybox, had to wait outside as was told only going to be 30/35mins, 2hours when a spare was dropped off we went inside it was filthy, food in fridge, hair everywhere, toilet not cleaned, rubbish and crumbs , leaves n grass on floor, cleaners hadn't been in... one bed had damp sheets, clean towels were damp and dirty, wardrobe was being used as an airer with wet towels and sheets, washing machine was still full and lightbulbs were out in lounge, tea stains on worktops and grime and liquid leak on kitchen floor, we would have refused and booked elsewhere but it was now late, management sent someone for towels and new bedding but not to clean, shame I'm only allowed to post 4 pictures... management only offered a small refund as said its not their fault key was posted instead of left in keybox, they also had to pay a call out for spare and fresh bedding to be dropped off... if property had been cleaned this could all have been checked, on our checkout it was obvious what had happened, big keyfob on keys made it extremely difficult to fit in keybox and close, so we just took it off after a dozen attempts at closing, previous guests must have given up and just posted.
