GBLovely little space outside Donegal town. The unit is great, self contained with everything you'd need; there's one big upstairs room, and downstairs is an open plan entrance/ kitchen/ sitting room and a bedroom at the back with a set of bunkbeds, and a bathroom with a shower (and a lit mirror, good for doing makeup!). Everything was very modern and clean and there was clean towels left out. The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, fridge, everything you might need. There was a hairdryer provided in the main bedroom. Donegal town is lovely; make sure you check out the castle and the pubs! Hosts were lovely and gave great advice about getting around the town and things to do. Really enjoyed our stay there! Taxi availability was much better than I'd thought but you have to ring, nothing app-based; the hosts provide local numbers in the welcome booklet.
Not really a problem but just to note if you needed an iron/ ironing board there isn't one. If driving, be careful when pulling out of the drive as it's not a particularly low speed road but the visibility is okay. It's definitely within walking distance of the town (less than 20 mins, easily) but would be careful if walking at night as the roads up to the house are unlit and there isn't proper paths all the way, though the hosts kindly left out high-vis jackets which you can use if needed (we just went by taxi).
AUThe self-contained apartment was lovely and had everything you needed. Brendan, the host, was attentive and welcoming. There was fresh milk, bread, and butter supplied, which was unexpected. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

There was no internet connection but we understood for it was beyond the hosts' control.
