Stylish Tel Aviv

This is the "Hidden Gem" you hear about but have never experienced. On a scale of 1 to 5 this space is a 10. This is a beautiful apartment with all the comfort of home. This gem is located in the heart of TelAviv. The location is local to shopping centers, hi tech industry, entertainment, and some of the best restaurants in town. The train station is only a few blocks away, busses and taxis available everywhere. Orly, the spectacular host has brilliantly decorated and furnished the apartments large rooms with comfortable beds, a sofa and lots of closet space! Big screen TV, full kitchen and a work area round off this amazing space in the heart of TelAviv. Orly responded instantly to any questions I had and took the time from her busy schedule to be there personally when I arrived to welcome me and familiarize me with everything I needed to know. I'm sure I will not want to stay anywhere else on my upcoming visits, and I'm sure you will feel the same way. I have no connection to the apartment owner and was not paid or otherwise compensated for this review.

I’ve traveled to a lot of different countries, including extremely poor ones, but this place in Tel Aviv was the dirtiest and most lazily managed apartment I’ve ever seen. *the bedding and couches all had stains on them *you can see a layers of black dust all around the base of the room our bedwas in. it was so bad I had an allergy attack every night. *the building smells like sewage — a small the host tries to mask by putting a bunch of disgusting chemicals in the toilet that make it small like a public urinal. *the host’s hair is all over every apartment *we found a tampon in the bin our hand towel was in, along with a used loofa in the bathroom. I was absolutely shocked *when you bring up any of these issues to the host, she first tries to gaslight you into thinking you’re crazy… when that doesn’t work she tries to claim that all of these disgusting conditions are normal in Israel (they’re not, the place we stayed right before this in Haifa was impeccably clean)… her next move is to just accuse you of bullying her (because it’s so much easier than actually cleaning) then lastly she tries to say it’s your fault for booking the apartment to begin with and if you had wanted a place that *wasn’t* disgusting you should have booked something more expensive. wow. (of course, she is right in a sense on this one because booking her apartment really WAS huge mistake on my part and I would urge everyone to avoid engaging with this person and her filthy apartment at all costs)

1. very complicated and long checkin process, involving mails, calls, whatsapp etc 2. misinformation regarding parking availability: we spent lots of time looking for one 3. very old, cumbersome and unclean building and path to the room 4. we were accused of breaking ceramic soap dispenser (we didn’t even see one) and issued a 100$ fine for that. beware!

The apartments corresponds to the photos. Nice and clean room, very spacious. The room has all the amenities: microwave, electric stove, kettle. TV with smart TV, convenient to watch YouTube. Very comfortable double bed. The hotel is very well located, close to all shopping centers, restaurants and shops. The hotel is conveniently accessible from the station and the airport. Very good and detailed instructions on the website for self check-in, it helped a lot. The hostess is a very kind and sweet woman, met us and showed us everything. The first day in Israel is 10/10.

The house is right in the center of Tel Aviv and almost all the touristic centers are half an hour away on foot maximum.also almost all bus lines pass close to the house,the train station is 15 minutes away even though we walked with baby stroller - a great convenience to go to Jerusalem and the airport.unfortunately if you come on Shabbat, the train and bus do not work and the taxi brings about 100 shekels,we came cheaper by using a shared taxi.Orly is one of the most helpful and hospitable hosts I have ever met,she answered all our questions and solved our problems instantly.

It's not related to the house, but I don't understand why the Tel Aviv municipality carries out infrastructure works at night, so the house on the roadside can be noisy.
