No tooth paste, no floor mat, no extra pillow in the room Location is very bad as I had to get to the property passing a bar, tough especially when traveling with family No hot water in room TV remote was not working mostly Overall, not a good stay I'd not recommend this property I'd also now think twice before booking through booking.com next time The stay was ok ok type but I do believe someone should not say I cannot provide you even a tooth paste

The location was great and that’s pretty much it about the place. As a solo traveler in what seems like a lodge with better outdoor aesthetics, it looked clean. The room on the surface looked clean but was not cleaned prior to my allotment. There was a TV with cable channels and there were basic amenities like a Dressing mirror, a stool and a small table.

I was led inside to the room, though it had facilities, it wasn’t in proper condition. The beds were dusty with what seemed like construction dust. They don’t provide linen or blankets. The covers didn’t look clean, I did raise it with the receptionist guy who also showed me the room , and he just outright claimed it was newly made. But I didn’t want to argue as I was staying just one night so I let it be. There was an empty cigarette packet on the bathroom floor when I opened it up. There was hair on the towel hanging rack/bar. The toilet was clean but barely. There was no way to lock the bathroom door. But it was okay cos I was in a single room. Building Wifi did not reach second floor. So no wifi. The shower did not work. The entire bathroom construction was crude but not too dirty. Maybe the other lodges are dirtier because I didn’t find it particularly clean like many other reviews say. I just slept as much as I could and quickly left.
