Terrible Experience – Hotel Did Not Honor Booking

I booked a room through Booking.com and arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night, only to find that the hotel did not honor my reservation. Despite pressing the doorbell multiple times (at least 10 times), no one responded or answered the door. It was a frustrating and stressful situation, especially since it was late and I had no alternative accommodations arranged. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. I expected better service and reliability from a hotel that is listed on a major booking platform like Booking.com. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it appears they do not manage their bookings properly or provide any assistance when issues arise.
