המקום נוח סך הכל, עם חניה צמודה ומיקום מצויין למי שרוצה להמשיך צפונית לטביליסי. הצוות היה אדיב ושמחו לעזור ולהסביר מה שצריך. למרות שהקומפלקס עצמו קצת מוזר,, צמוד למכון שטיפת רכבים, הצליחו לסדר בצורה נעימה את המרחב. המטבח המשותף יחסית מצוייד.

המקרר בחדר ממש פצפון וגם במטבח המשותף יש רק מקפיא. לנו היה חסר מקום לשמור דברים שדורשים קירור. כמובן מכיוון שהדירה ממש מרווחת מתבקש שיהיה מטבח קטן בפנים או לפחות מקרר סביר.
