HUThe view of Ella rock was exceptional and complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious.
Walking to the property from the main street for elders was a difficult task and stairs on the way to hotel did not have any railings or metal barriers to hold on to and to get downstairs and upstairs. The showers wasn’t clean and flow of water was inappropriate with hand shower and head shower.

LKLocation was close to the town center ( walking distance). Room was clean and spacious and offered a great view of the Ella Rock. Staff was really helpful and polite & connected me with transport ect. Breakfast was good.
The location isn't very accessible for someone with difficulties in mobility as there are staircases to climb to get to the location and to the room. Also the TV wasn't fixed in a way I could plug it in , but that didn't bother me much since I was staying only for 1 night

1.The staff were not hospitable or welcoming. 2.No basic amenities were provided – no coffee, no tea station, and no drinking water unless requested. For example, on the first day no water was given, and on the second day, only one 500ml bottle was provided for three guests in the room. 3.The environment was very noisy, and even after informing it , nothing was done. 4.The property requires significant maintenance, and pointing out issues was useless as no action was taken. 5.The washroom had a safety hazard, making it uncomfortable and risky to use. 6.Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
