"Great staff, great facilities, great location !"

we stayed at their sister property in Kep and the staff told us about Peam Snea so we decided to check it out, we weren’t disappointed! staff are as friendly & as helpful as the staff at the other hotel, Veranda in Kep. we will definitely be revisiting both hotels

"Exceptional"

Spacious bungalow. Excellent breakfast buffet. Big pool. Super friendly staff. Pet friendly. Beautiful resort. Lovely food at the restaurant. Clean.

It's a pity to have neighbours with big speakers.

"The hidden gem!"

This is absolutely a hidden gem, we came here without high expectations due to the face that their online reputation is hard to find. When we arrived at the parking we were surprise as we did not know that is the island. However, their private boat is complimentary and the journey to the island is pretty quick. They might be running short staff, but the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good considering the island style. We love playing the pool table and enjoy our dining by the pool. if I could make the improvement comments might be the pool area which they should have more staffs to serve us drinks but it did not disturb us at all.

Some noise from the restaurant near by, but at acceptable level.

"The hidden Gem"

This is a true hidden gem If I could say in short. We were surprised that this resort is located on the private island which it did not mention on Booking. However they have the private boat which is very comfortable and the journey from the pier to the island is fairly quick. Our suite has private wooden Bridge directly connected to the cottage where we can enjoy the most stunning of waterway view. We love their activities which we had the bike riding around the resort, then play the pool table. We requested to dine one night at the pool and it was just simply amazing, the cool fresh air the stunning night view and the whole ambiance is making us missing our time on honeymoon at Bali. We thought their meal is a bit over price but considering the island and the treat I think it’s fair.

maybe they should add more staff at the pool
