Antonia's city apartment

Very comfortable and clean apartment with all amenities, near city centre and very close to st.Marina church. The host was very kind and even proposed us to late check out.

Nice apartment; excellent temperature inside with wonderful room heating units; good Wi-Fi; excellent communication with host; complimentary shampoo and body wash and 3 toilet rolls; lots of storage room in bedrooms; fluffy beds; nice open plan sitting room.

Parking was tricky as it's a busy neighborhood but if you are patient or don't mind walking a bit it's ok; downstairs building door was very difficult to open; toilet was a bit cramped and bathroom was cold (although there was a heater); no complimentary bottles of water upon arrival (would have been nice to have); no laundry detergent (would have been nice to have); only 1 piece of fireplace wood (more were shown in photos); some windows blinds do not go all the way up/down (may need adjustment); shampoo and body wash should be labeled better; shower was a bit cramped and door seals need to be adjusted; not enough hand towels (none for bathroom & kitchen, but host provided them when I asked).

The house was amazing, the manager was super helpful with the check in and also when we were checking out earlier because of the weather he offered us to stay in the house longer if we needed to. I would recommend this property to everyone looking to travel to Ioannina. Super cozy and we’re looking forward to staying there again.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we asked for. The location was perfect. 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

We stayed for one night and found everything we needed. It was easy to find parking nearby. Nice view from the apartment.
