We had issues with the door locks . Tried to ring the number but no reply. A note from owner explaining how these old doors lock would be helpful

Heating wasn’t working it was freezing and no hot water not often you stay somewhere that you need to be clothed in bed . Point of contact was useless no one answered the phone or messages until late Saturday night not much use how ever we received £40 back witch I would at lest though they would have given one freezing night free . I get it that system fails can happen but when you are in business like this you should be able to contactable 24/7
IEWarm and spacious. Extremely well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. The place is much bigger than you think. Two big double beds. The kitchen come sitting room has a really comfiest couch and a small dinner table too. Bed and mattress very comfy Amazing value for money. Loved the black out blinds in the main bedroom. Self check in too
Obviously there is apartments above it and you can hear people come in and out the entrance in the sitting room as your on the ground floor. However can't hear anyone upsairs in the room you sleep in.
