Відмінне розташування, дуже затишний двір, є камери схову, які доступні до та після заселення. В ванній є все необхідне - фен, рушники.

Під дверима доволі значні шпарини, тож усе, що відбувається в спільному коридорі дуже добре чути. У ванній неприємний запах, витяжку неможливо вимкнути, тож вона створює постійний фоновий шум.
