Villa Tamara Canggu Bali

Pool was nice and the souna

1 of bedroom no ac for 4 days was not cooling and our food got spoiled Jacuzzi with not hot water Upper floor living room the ac was not cooling and dripping water

I’ve been to bali 10 or so times and this villa’s one of the nicer one’s i’ve stayed in!! Had a group of 5 and it was perfect for us, staff were very kind and always kept clean and things restocked. Loved it and would stay again

The only thing I can fault about the villa is the location being a bit further out than what I usually stay but to be fair it’s still only a 10 minute gojek/$2aud ride to all the main area’s (Seminyak & Canggu).

The host was quite responsive and tried to solve the problems that appeared.

Quite surpised to find the pool was really dirty and looks disguting when I arrived. - The hot tub in Jacuzzi is not working and dirty. - The BBQ is really dirty and not ready to use. - Annoyed by the Aircon was leaking at one of the bedrooms where I was sleeping at, though finally they managed to fix it the next day. - Shocked when I found the snake in the sauna room at the moment I just checked in when I was checking their facilities with their staffs. Made me wondering if they really clean the villa or how long this villa was actually abandoned for. - No toiletries provided - The stop contacts for electricity in one of the master bedrooms was shut down all night at the second night. - The location is not really in Canggu like its name, but its actually located in Kerobokan but not so far from canggu. I booked for 3 nights there. To be fair, I think it's really overprice, it was not really worth to pay that price with such problems in the villa.
