Everything was spot on, clean room, shower toilet, no one bothers you, it was just perfect stay

Arrived and rolm was tiny and very warm. Window was broken so couldn’t open door and I had a kid with me also. Couldn’t get the actual landlord but go some other gentleman that said he would contact landlord regarding this waited hours to be told no one would be out till the next day so we were moved room for the night. This room we moved into should was a family room which we should have had in the first place having a child. We were told we couldn’t move here as we never paid for a bathroom in our room and that someone else had booked into that room and we couldn’t keep it. We then go to my daughters competition the next day (this is the reason I’m here) still no word on the window being fixed so I then call this gentleman back to then be told it won’t be fixed and we were to stay in the family room. Coming from Glasgow being a stressful and tiring journey this isn’t what we want at 8pm at night when you have a tired kid also by your side. The door was very hard to unlock and lock. Didn’t like the fact no staff where there at all the whole weekend we were there and had to rely on the others staying in the guesthouse to lock the door behind them when going out or in and there was times the door was lying wide open for anyone to walk in off the street. Especially when someone was arrested outside our apartment. The place smelled of dampness soon as you walked in the ceiling had holes. The hallway was narrow so we struggled to get cases up to the room. There was holes in the walls that were badly filled. Shared bathroom and kitchen wasn’t the cleanest either so was never used. Toilet roll holder hanging off and stuff. Wasn’t worth the money at all. The road was extremely busy all weekend. Liverpool is beautiful and the people are very friendly so couldn’t fault that but this is not a place for a family.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Super close to Anfield too which was ideal for our visit. Really great value for money!

Room was light and welcoming. Bed was so comfortable. Great communication with owner/ staff.

No curtains/ blinds on 2 out of 3 windows. Doors stiff to lock/ unlock

Everything was wonderfully smooth and easy!

Everything was fine. But the bed was small for us. Would have liked a bath. Shower was nice and hot.

That we had some issues with locating how to turn the television on.Also the constant running water noise coming from the toilet after it was flushed and it kept going. Also towels were too small. There was a hole and like plaster had been knocked off the bedroom wall opposite the door. Should have been plastered. Felt it was a bit far for us from the Town. Thought it was nearer. The walk from there to the city was far. Not sure regarding buses there.
