Location was perfect. Apartament is big. Sleeping place is ok. All needed devices are given.

I made the mistake of booking in a hurry and should have read previous reviews more carefully. Avoid this place. There are many excellent places to stay in Heraklion. This is not one of them. Check the lower score reviews, they all say the same: Check-in is not straightforward, the WiFi does not work, the host does not care about hospitality, and more. The check-in information was promised but not provided until I asked for it, after the check-in time. On arrival the property was still in the middle of being cleaned and I was refused entry. The WiFi did not work. Staff was not helpful. The host was rude. There was no apology. I did not feel comfortable staying there and booked alternative accommodation on the day. The host refused to make any refund, but a partial refund was issued within minutes of escalating the matter with Booking.com.

We didn’t have hot water for our stay, even after verifying the hot water heater was turned on. To open and close the door and turn on electricity, you use a keycard like a hotel. We were only given one. When you leave all electricity goes off including the fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can’t run these items while out. Also food in the fridge wasn’t staying cold enough.

The luxurious design of the house with 2 bathrooms and great location in iraklion center

A real scam if you are more than a couple ! They rent the place for 4 people and 3 separate beds but the 2 sofa beds are literally sofas and not bed at all! The big one is like sleeping on a wood plank and the other is a kinda 70cm width sofa with a bedsheet. Plus in the 2 rooms there are no opaque curtains so morning light wake you up. The price is double of what I paid in other places and island where we enjoyed 2 even 3 real beds! Guys invest in beds instead of xxl tv screen in all rooms. You are the sole place without any guests attention even a bottle of water in the fridge (not as if it was 40 degrees !) - for 170€ / night it is very rough. And also before my booking confirmation they answered me that the sofa beds were very comfortable ! So they also lied to the guests and only want to steal your tourist money because it is well known that tourists are only there to spend all their money. You are a shame for Greek welcoming !

Location is great and the apartment is big and clean with nice design

There were some logistics issues, one of the beds in not comfortable, the WiFi didn’t work and there was no hot shower. I didn’t try to contact the household for these issues since we came for a very short time (one night) and also found these problems quite late in the evening

Apartment clean a huge with all services available. Really appreciable fresh water and coffee availability for each of guest.

Some noise from the street it’s something you have to take into account give the central position, of course it’s not a property fault.

This apartment is located opposite the City Hall and conveniently for all central attractions and facilities. It is well furnished and equipped for a stay of any length. It is comfortable and stylish.

Its quite a hike from the entrance from the street up to the door to the apartment. If you have heavy bags or are unfit this could be an unexpected way to start and end your luxury stay.
