Villa Dei Principi

Villa Dei Principi's location is great! Right off the main road and shopping. It is very easy to get to your room. You can also access the alley in the back which is another way to get down to the Port/Beach area. I loved the room - very spacious and great color scheme. We also had a great kitchen - that didn't get used. I only wished we would have had the opporutnity to stay longer! Antonio and Claudio were great! We also spent some time on the deck enjoying some drinks because it is such a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly!

AMAZING BREAKFAST ON THE BALCONY EACH MORNING OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN. THE STAFF WERE VERY ACCOMODATING. ENJOYED WINE AND CHEESE WHILE SITTING IN THE HOT TUB ONE EVENING AND IT WAS MAGICAL.

Incredible views, super accommodating and friendly staff (shout out to Antonio for all of his help and care), the facilities and the room were beautiful and we loved the rose petals added for our honeymoon! We also love the amenities with the chairs, umbrellas and hot tub!

Was definitely the most we’ve ever spent on a hotel and likely ever will, but we know the area is expensive so comparatively it made sense.

The property was about a 6-7minute walk down to the beach, but just far enough away from the main area to feel really private. Breakfast on the deck was a great plus. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved it here.

It was one of the best holidays I've ever been, thanks to the staff of Villa dei Principi. Right from the day I booked, Fabio made sure that everything is sorted even before we arrived and asked our preferences and even booked the taxis and restaurants for us. They also offered to book some activities and trips for us which were really helpful. The villa was pristine and very clean when we arrived. The jacuzzi and pool were well-maintained with warm water and was readily available anytime. The kids enjoyed them very much that we were in there daily. Antonio, Lucia and Claudio were extremely helpful althroughout our stay. Everything you ask, they were always ready to help. They even did the laundry for us and even the ironing for some of our clothes that were wrinkled for free. The area is also situated in a very good location. It's about 8-10minutes walk down to the town centre if you take the long way in via de pasitea but the walk is also very scenic with plenty of stops and opportunities to take photos. There is a shortcut that takes you 4 minutes down to the Spaggia de Grande beach from the villa via steep steps and may not be ideal for the elderly or for people with young children but doable for me and my husband and kids aged 6 and 8. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a pharmacy is within a few meters away. Since the villa has only 3 suites, it was quiet and safe. A lush breakfast is served every morning complete with cold cuts, cheese, roasted veggies, fruit bowl, yoghurt with the most delicious pastries and pancakes. It was my birthday and our anniversary when we stayed at the villa and the staff made it really special for us complete with flowers and prosecco on arrival. They had cake for me for breakfast with sparklers on my birthday. The staff were very friendly without being intrusive and made us feel very safe and comfortable. This villa made my birthday getaway so special. It was truly a luxurious home away from home.

Antonio and Claudio welcomed us and took care of everything we needed. The location is by the big road, which is convenient to access to the bottom and upper part of positano, even with big luggages. We also had coffee, juice and five types of bread for breakfast, which they delivered it into our room or set it up in the front yard. Thank you and see you again!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Especially Antonio. Loved having the hottub and pool! Made for a relaxing evening or afternoon. Great location!

After being there for 6 breakfast with the same thing severed everyday was getting boring. It was very tasty and they give you a lot of pastries!
