The location was okay and the cost was very less

The service was really poor. We had to wait 1 hour at the reception to check in because the room wasn’t ready. In the room, the bathroom door handle was broken, the towels and linen were dirty, there was no toilet paper (when we asked they said it’s not available), and the bed was extremely uncomfortable
