Great quiet location. Plenty of outside space. Friendly neighbours. Yummy muffins provided on arrival. Great patio area with wonderful wet weather shelter.

Bedrooms on the small side. Little room for luggage in dbl bedroom. Lighting inadequate in same room - no switch by door. Door drags on carpet. Position of tv makes group viewing difficult.

Very comfortable. Great location to explore the area.

A great place to stay close to the beach plenty of room and a wonderful deck area which could be closed off with clear plastic blinds.

We loved all of it! Good size for the 4 of us. Handy location to the beach, local shops & swimming pools. The owners were nice and friendly and had great communication. Loved the welcoming cupcakes, our daughter polished those off 😁

Great little property, beautifully renovated with modern, fresh and stylish decor and amenities, whilst retaining that quintessential kiwi bach feel. We stayed over Xmas whilst visiting family and our hosts left christmas treats and even put up a little xmas tree in the lounge, which was a nice touch. The weather wasn't great so didn't get to enjoy outdoor area to it's fullest, but I imagine it would be a wonderful place for a small family to spend a summer beach break.

Great little Gem right next to the beach and park. Suited our family needs perfectly. Eight days felt like five. Would definitely stay again.
