The place was awesome and soo convenient..location is perfect and makes movement very easy

At first the room I stayed in was perfect! Had everything I needed good shower, drinking water, kitchen nice couch. It’s close to everything and there is a great little office where you can book excursions outside on the left of the hotel. Also there is a laundry place.

Unfortunately I can not give the 10/10 that I wanted at first. I asked to extend and even though I mentioned I couldn’t find the room again to book it they said it was ok to stay in the same room. The next day I get a phone call saying that it’s been booked and I need to move to another room. I was far away so I couldn’t move my stuff and they asked if they could move it. At first I said it was ok but then I remember after that I had personal stuff and my friend called them to tell them to wait for me to get back. When I got back they already moved my stuff and I was basically downgraded to a smaller and not as nice room as the other one for the same money.

Very well located. Nice pool. Good value for money.

No hot water and poor quality toilets.

The cleanliness of the property is on another level also the friendly stuff the place is amazing 10/10
