Ottima posizione, staff super gentile, colazione tipica e abbondante, calmo e tranquillo.

Our second stay in this place, loved the breakfast and location as before. Host amazing as always.

Were in a different room for the second stay. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the first and quite light during in the night

Younis is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent too, plenty of tasty food. Location is in a quiet alley right off the main street through the medina. Excellent location for exploring. Loved it enough to rebook.

Personal preference on the pillows is the only thing we'd change

Tutto, sono arrivato davanti alla porta e nessuno mi ha aperto, ho provato a telefonare più volte ma nessuna risposta, quindi ho cambiato struttura, l'unica cosa positiva è che non mi hanno fatto pagare.

The property was as shown in the photographs, a traditional riad with lots of character. We were the only ones staying so had the place to ourselves so it was quiet. Good location close to the Blue Gate where there are restaurants, taxis etc. As we were the only ones staying we went to another riad a few minutes walk away for breakfast, which was tasty and generous with egg, yoghurt, various breads etc.  The best thing was our hosts, in particular Younes, who could not have been more kind and welcoming. He met us from our taxi, gave us his number & said we could contact him day or night if we needed anything, and was generally very helpful and doing what he could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

La strada per arrivarci è in manutenzione, con le valigie impossibile arrivarci, hanno sbagliato a darci la camera, avevo prenotato la suite famigliare ma era già occupata, impossibile fare la doccia perché l'acqua era gelida, e la colazione si fa in un'altra struttura

Brokastis bija ļoti bagātīgas, garšīgas

Manai istabai nebij loga, līdz ar to gaiss bija sastāvējies. Arī mitrums bija ievērojams, jo nav kārtīgas ventilācijas.

Этот отель-обман! Обязательно к прочтению! Отель не работает!!!! Когда я приехал в отель никого не было, затем пришла женщина, открыла дверь и сказала подождать. Через некоторое время пришла другая девушка и сказала, что этот отель закрыт на ремонт и мне необходимо заселиться в другой и говорила, что мне писали на почту об этом, я все проверил и не нашел ничего, никуда мне не писали. Когда мы пришли в другой отель, мне предложили две комнаты на выбор, одна была с душем прям на унитазе, другая чуть получше. Выбрал которая чуть лучше, мне сказали доплатить за нее ее еще 10€, так как якобы моя бронь (в неработающем отеле) была с общим душем, но я бронировал с собственным душем. Я начал объяснять, что это не так и чтобы мне дали номер, который я прошу, либо я ухожу. Меня заверяли, что они мне помогают, но это смешно, создали мне проблемы и стали помогать. Итог, дали номер (которой чуть лучше) без доплат, но и подменный отель не полностью работал, зона для приема завтрака рассчитана на два человека, приходилось ждать пока другие позавтракают.
