All the amenities claimed are false, all rooms are same, no difference between duplex and superior room, Rooms are smelly, one of the rooms didn't have inter com, shower area in the most expensive room is pathetic not even one can stand, no bath as claimed, staff are rude, washroom curtains are dirty as shit, No 2r hr checkin check out policy as claimed, Threatening the guest to check out early, commanding to come talk with in person, in between my conference, No charging point near the washroom area. I'm tired of writing. Only consider this hotel if you wish to make your personal/buisness vacation miserable and terrible.

Washroom are not neat and tidy

The initial room given was very small. Adjacent room was identified slightly bigger and requested the reception to change the room. Not sure why the hotel allocated the smallest room in first instance. The size and facilities of the room was not meeting the price. There was no water heater available in the first instance and had to request to the reception. The breakfast was below average and the taste was not good. Room interior design is very poor. No view through the window. Only the adjacent building wall was visible. Requested the reception to arrange a taxi and no action was taken until asked during the checkout. The taxi was arranged after waiting period of 30-40 mins and also there was no space for keeping the luggage in the taxi.
