Only the location

The receptionist was unfriendly upon arrival. The instructions on how to reach the hotel by car were very poor, which is frustrating since it’s located in a pedestrian zone. The room was not heated and was very cold. Additionally, the room is accessed via very steep stairs, and there were old carpets on the floor, making for a very unpleasant stay."

Скажу прямо. Сам отель находиться в хорошем месте, самый центр, везде все доступно. Были на машине подъезд к отелю никак от слова совсем никак. Пишут паркинг в отеле, а на самом деле общий паркинг в центре. В номере запах был не очень,полотенца желают быть лучше, окна не закрывались. Завтрак мог быть лучше, практически ничего не было. Колбаска,хлеб, кофе, яйца сырые надо было самим варить. Не рекомендуют 🙁

Sehr nettes, kleines Hotel am Rand der Altstadt - Super Lage. Äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeberin. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Gerne wieder einmal.

Het hotel is erg gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Douchen in bad, matige bedden. Wel lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

L'hotel si trova in posizione centralissima, in zona pedonale comodissima per visitare la città a piedi, con un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento a pochissima distanza. Stanza grande con un comodo bagno. Ottima la qualità della colazione.

Abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere la pulizia della stanza nella giornata del primo maggio, cosa inaccettabile per un hotel, che deve necessariamente provvedere alle pulizie indipendentemente dalle festività.

Le personnel était avenant et le petit-déjeuner de grande qualité, composé de produits bios et faits maison.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal au cœur du centre historique. Malheureusement, malgré la présence de doubles châssis (le nouveau et l'ancien ayant été conservés), le bruit des fêtards nocturnes reste quelque peu dérangeant. Il est à noter que l'établissement n'a aucune prise sur ces nuisances extérieures.
