L accueil je suis arrivé vers 13h pour voir la chambre on m adit qu elle n était pas prête. Je suis donc revenu en fin d apres midi on m’a demandé de payer des taxes j ai refusé et demandé à voir ma chambre. On m a présenté une chambre avec odeur d humidité qui n avait du être chauffé certainement. J ai donc refusé et je suis reparti chercher une autre. J ai réservé donc une autre hôtel Campanile à Narbonne. La chambre était certe plus petite mais pas d’odeur d humidité et confortable. Le Brit hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles et j espère que Booking me dédommagera une chambre, car j ai payé deux chambres au lieu d’une. Donc en résumé hôtel à fuir et j oubliais en arrivant en plein travaux

le personnel très accueillant, le lieu est bien situé pour mes besoins

le drap de lit en plastique inconfortable pour dormir. Le pain du petit déjeuner et très peu de fromage
