"A place to crash"

The location is excellent, close to the train station as well as shops and restaurants. Host was attentive and the self catering kitchen is well equipped.

The place was not well cleaned, lots of dust. Old food was found in the fridge and not all the bins was emptied. The bed was hard and pillows thin, waking up to body aches.

"Poor"

Near town

Host is rude. The temperature button was loss and broken and the host blamed us for it plus no one touched the shower only once and the shower was flooding up letting the bathroom flood up but host wanted to blame us for it to when we had nothing to do with. Fire alarm was covered so if there were to be a fire we wouldn’t have been notified about it. I cleaned up the tables and floor but leaving a towel on the side on the sofa and the bed not done as it get changed anyways it was considered “messy” when I always clean up after myself. Not PROFESSIONAL at all!!!
