朝食が美味しく素晴らしかった

・プライベートバスがありがたかったです。1時間の時間制限はありましたが、清潔で脱衣場も涼めるよう小型ですがサーキュレーターがありました。 ・ホテルの備え付けアメニティは男性仕様でしたが、女性客用のお泊まりセットをフロントでいただきました。 ・朝食は山形の郷土料理(芋煮やだしなど)が美味しかったです。ただしお蕎麦はイマイチ。周辺にコンビニ含めお店がなく、しかも1000円だったので、お得だと思いました。椅子席と畳のお座敷がありました。 ・ツインの室内にマッサージ機がついていたので、目一杯使わせていただきました。

・お土地柄かもしれませんが、フロントの方が丁寧だけどちょっとスローでした。 ・Wi-Fiのパスワードがちょっと。。。業務用のファイルやプライバシーに関わるものは送受信しない方が良いのではないかと思います。

The hotel is not far away from the train station. The facility is a bit old. The experience is a bit weird but not in a bad way. For example, they provide hot hand towel when you check in (this is usually provided at restaurants so I’m not sure what this is for). The room is quite spacious and there is a giant massage chair at the center of the room. You can use the massage chair for free, which is quite nice and interesting.

Check in took 30+ minutes. I’m not sure whether their system was not connected with booking or what. The staff needed to hand copy my confirmation number and went into the back room to do some investigation, and then asked us to wait more time for the room to be prepared. Not sure if they urgently cleaned out a room but at least we were able to secure a room.

Private onsen for free use is good and relaxing. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly .

The property and settings are old fashioned.

翌日の朝に停電だとチェックイン時に言われました。部屋で仕事する予定だったのでかなり困りました。フロントマンにキャンセルでもいいですと言われましたが当日に他のホテルに変更したら高くつく事わかってるのか？その差額を補填してくれるのか？こいつはマジで言ってるのか？と思いました。 更に禁煙室を予約したのにタバコ臭かった。 清掃も雑。拭き上げしてないので埃が舞う。特にテレビ周り。 椅子が壊れてた。 連泊なのに翌朝チェックアウト時間が過ぎてる旨の連絡が来た。また、「出かけないのか？」と聞かれた。これはチェックイン時にも聞かれました。出かける出かけないはこっちの勝手なのでは？申し送りぐらいしろよ。 朝食に1000円出す価値はない。 仕事をするのでネットが早いとのコメントを見て、それを含めて予約したのだから機能が使えないならモバイルwifiくらい用意しとくべきだし、フロントマン曰く、「最近決まったので」だそうです。決まった時点で客に連絡するべきだと思う。損害賠償かな。
