I went to the reception - they did not have a booking in my name. I asked reception to check again to confirm whether no booking in my name meant that my request to cancel the booking was accepted by them. The reception confirmed that there was no booking under my name. After taking all the above steps I find it surprising that the property has charged me for the booking, even though verbally when I went to the reception it was confirmed that there was no booking under my name, They also mentioned that their facilities including SPA was non functioning due to no internal reasons. I thought I liked that the hotel confirmed to me that my booking did not exist, so I was not expecting to be charged for it.

We booked two rooms from 12:00 PM on 19/08/24 to 12:00 PM on 20/08/24. However, the second room was not made available until 4:30 PM on 19/08/24. When we initially inquired, we were told the room was being cleaned, but later we were informed that the previous occupants had not vacated and were still using the bathroom. As a result, the room was inadequately cleaned, with hair found in both rooms. When I suggested canceling the booking and taking just one room instead, the staff responded rudely, insisting that the booking was confirmed and payment was required upon arrival. The management is disorganized and unfit to run accommodation facilities.

I was given wrong menu card in the room and was informed very very lately that it is not the one . I was paid for breakfast but not served with that. All my money ruined because of that . Wifi was not working at all in the night .
