業主的藝術品味獨特。床鋪乾淨，淋浴間乾淨，蓮蓬頭水量夠力。距離海灘走路三分鐘可到。

如果發生火災，可能會有逃生困難的風險。電視機及第四台還有其他不知何用途的電線雜亂的擠在一起，並且共用一個多孔延長線插座。一樓到二樓的樓梯狹窄，房間與一樓公共空間也不大。屋內沒有設置逃生指示燈。我們居住的房間，陽台被隔成內外雙層，內層是洗澡間，以致於房間沒有對外窗。外層是洗手台，一樓廚房就在正下方，抽風機就在我們陽台邊。很幸運我們平安度過了一夜。此外，房內過多藝術裝飾品，且又積滿灰塵。
