Beautiful new room, safe location.

Long walk to town along very busy road

The self check in proceeds was easy. The bed was big and room was clean.

I wish they had luggage storage and filtered water for guests. The filtered water was something offered in other places I stayed in Guatemala and really helped when as a solo traveler I was feeling sick.

I love the hot water and the water pressure.

In the middle of the day the place gets very hot and humid even during the winter time. The sink you had to be careful with because it was wobbly.

It was clean. The host was responsive.

Room #3 The room had no window and the glass put up was not sealed so we could hear everything in the common area. It was like staying in a loft. The light came through as well and there were no curtains. The bathroom in the room smelled horrible, probably a plumbing thing, but the room we moved to did not smell as bad.
