GBGBRun down, not particularly clean, definitely not like the photos, no wardrobes, no bedside lamps or lampshade in bedrooms, no TV although host did try to help with that but clearly connections aren't working. Rubbish shower if you're over 4ft! . Cleaners not hoovered properly, property needs to describe steep staircase, would absolutely not recommend or stay here again. Hosts were quick to respond

Although it was reasonably clean, the house does need a complete revamp. Good points was there was everything you would need, but bad points we couldn’t have a shower as the shower holder was broken and a few tiles broken that needs replacing, it was extremely hot and we couldn’t turn the thermostat down. Also the step down out of the house was a bit big. So unfortunately I feel my stay wasn’t worth the money we paid.

GBLocation is great for us as it's close to family and events we had planned for our stay.
The property wasn't particularly clean when we arrived (crumbs) on sofas. Also, broken glass on the floor. Provided with WiFi instructions but this didn't work, which meant the TV didn't work. When queried with the host alongside some other issues it was ignored. The house was freezing when we arrived, no heating put on prior to our arrival. Shower didn't work properly, temperature was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

We arrived to a dirty house, point blank. Dirty glassware, dusty carpets, pubic hair and various hairs in the beds and pillows. White, yellow and grey stains on the bed sheets which I don’t even think were washed. They looked like someone had slept in them and then the beds remade. Upon trying to contact the host via 2 different numbers both lines wouldn’t connect. We ended up leaving and booking last minute accomodation. I’ve taken photos of everything and emailed the host but seem to be getting a lot of backlash and basically being called a liar.
